A Customer Support Specialist is a dedicated professional focused on delivering excellent service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customers have a seamless experience with FromLead’s platform. This role is critical in building trust and long-term relationships with our users.

Tasks:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to FromLead's platform and services.
  • Guide users through setup, features, and best practices for using the platform effectively.
  • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Monitor and manage customer feedback, identifying trends to suggest improvements.
  • Document and update support tickets with accurate, clear, and concise information.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a knowledge base and FAQs for self-service support.
  • Participate in onboarding and training sessions to improve customer familiarity with the platform.
  • Collaborate with other departments to relay customer insights and contribute to product development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support or related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers effectively.
  • Comfortable learning and explaining new technologies.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
  • A proactive attitude, with a willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
  • Experience with CRM or SaaS platforms is highly advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant degree or certification is a plus.
