The Client Success Manager acts as the primary point of contact for FromLead’s clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and derive maximum value from the platform. This role focuses on building strong relationships, providing proactive support, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Tasks:
- Act as the primary advocate for clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive start with FromLead’s platform.
- Provide regular check-ins and performance reviews to ensure clients are satisfied and using the platform effectively.
- Develop customized strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, coordinating with technical support or other teams as needed.
- Monitor client usage and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on client growth strategies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive client records in the CRM system.
- Advocate for clients internally by sharing feedback and suggestions with product and development teams.
- Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on platform features and best practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, customer success, or support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and analytics platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and client satisfaction.
- Experience conducting client training sessions or workshops.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or SaaS platforms is a strong advantage.
