The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue. This role combines strategic thinking, sales acumen, and excellent communication skills to expand FromLead’s presence in the market and achieve sales targets.
Tasks:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of FromLead’s platform and services to effectively communicate value to prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to senior management.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent FromLead and build connections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally in a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients at all levels.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales analytics.
- Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and SaaS products is a strong asset.
